Workout & Seminars

Workout is a one to one session, with examination, evaluation, messuring and picturing your body. It’s an individual programm for your specific needs.

Buddy Workout is for couples, friends, relatives who don’t want to train allone. I also provide the service for my clients to set up people who are fitting together with their workouts.

The Seminars are small groups of maximum 8 people and it takes around 1 hour.

Reason to take the Mini Seminar is:

To take the opportunity to address question about the topic.

It’s for people who inquired Personal Training, but aren’t sure jet.

It’s for people who wants Sunny as an Expert to answer all their questions and concerns, and at the same time get educated.
